So I'm taking this distance course and am reading The Nuts and Bolts of Teaching Writing by Lucy Calkins. I was reading chapter 4 when I came across a term I'd never heard of before. "Ex nihilo" Yeah...have you heard this before? So like all good thinkers and learners I couldn't move on...I had to google it (dear god, what did we do before google?). It's a Latin phrase that means, "out of nothing".
So there you have it. You've learned something new. You're welcome. Have a fantastic Monday.
Oh, and I'm going to try to blog everyday this month...oh my...what have I just said?!
